What hides in the soil on my hand? ماذا تخبئ التربة فوق كفي؟ أعود من الحديقة والجوع في بطني الزبادي والفاكهة فوق المائدة لكن آثار التراب داكنة على جلدي في قطرة تحت المجهر تظهر البكتيريا كل واحدة خلية لا تراها العين البكتيريا خلايا حية صغيرة بعضها يساعد، وبعضها قد يضر وكثير منها يعيش حولنا فلنعرف عالمها، لا نخشاها جميعا بالتكبير: نقاط وعصي ومنحنيات تعيش في التراب والماء والطعام وفينا بعضها يحول الحليب إلى زبادي ونسمي هذا التحول تخمرا وأخرى تصل من كف وسخة للفاكهة البكتيريا خلايا حية صغيرة بعضها يساعد، وبعضها قد يضر وكثير منها يعيش حولنا فلنعرف عالمها، لا نخشاها جميعا بالماء والصابون تتكون رغوة فتجرف التراب وبعض الميكروبات فيقل انتقالها، ولا تختفي كلها البكتيريا خلايا حية صغيرة بعضها يساعد، وبعضها قد يضر وكثير منها يعيش حولنا فلنعرف عالمها، لا نخشاها جميعا بيدين نظيفتين أعد وجبتي
